A clean and tidy computer is the key requirement for avoiding problems with ibtsiva. This means running a scan for malware, cleaning your hard drive using 1cleanmgr and 2sfc /scannow, 3uninstalling programs that you no longer need, checking for Autostart programs and enabling Windows’ 5Automatic Update. Always remember to perform periodic backups, or at least to set restore points.

Should you experience an actual problem, try to recall the last thing you did, or the last thing you installed before the problem appeared for the first time. Use the 6resmon command to identify the processes that are causing your problem. Even for serious problems, rather than reinstalling Windows, you are better off repairing of your installation or, for Windows 8 and later versions, executing the 7DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth command. This allows you to repair the operating system without losing data.

To help you analyze the ibtsiva.exe process on your computer, the following programs have proven to be helpful: ASecurity Task Manager displays all running Windows tasks, including embedded hidden processes, such as keyboard and browser monitoring or Autostart entries. A unique security risk rating indicates the likelihood of the process being potential spyware, malware or a Trojan. BMalwarebytes Anti-Malware detects and removes sleeping spyware, adware, Trojans, keyloggers, malware and trackers from your hard drive.

Intel Wireless Bluetooth Is Missing From My Device Manager

I have a Dell Inspiron 7386 2 in 1 laptop. My OS is Windows 10 . My BIOS is version 1.7.1. For weeks now, I have not been able to use my Bluetooth. I have notice that it has not shown up in my device manager. I have been searching online to find out how to fix the Bluetooth. I have restarted my computer. I have disable and enable my device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. I have started and restarted Bluetooth Services. I have turn off the fast startup. I have downloaded the latest driver using the Intel Driver & Support page. I used Dell Update and Support Assistant. I have ran system file checker. I have an check disk, I have ran the DISM. I even used Windows Update. I checked to make sure my BIOS version was update to date and it was up to date. And all of my drivers are up to date. All Windows updates are up to date. I even cleaned up my laptop even did a system recovery. And nothing has worked. I don’t know what else to do. Can anyone help me with this problem? I can’t open up this laptop and reconnect the Bluetooth.

Have the same laptop as the OP, and ~the same problem. This machine does not have a Qualcomm QCA9377 card the Wifi/Bluetooth card is Intel AC 9560.

The issue is that Bluetooth disappears after a timeout sleep/wake cycle . It is restorable by a hard boot, and by nothing else. None of the many other interventions suggested here makes any difference.

    Frankly, Dell, this is disgraceful.
